Thankfully I returned safely from a business trip to an undisclosed state ( for my protection :-P ). Had quite a productive meeting with all the parties involved. However, after the meeting my associate and I were hankering for some good ol’ BBQ – the speciality of that state. How does one find the best BBQ, the answer seems quite apparant, ask the locals. From my unscientific endeavors, obviously the locals do not eat. We asked over two dozen people, including two cab drivers and nobody could come up with a solution to our quandary. Then in the last moment, our last cab driver (whom was escorting us back to the airport) had a revelation – and came up with the best ‘damn’ BBQ house in that state. How can one refuse the best damn BBQ in the state? We decided to indulge.
I will let the pictures explain the rest, all I have to say is the bathroom for this establishment was not technically *in* the establishment – and I am not sure if it would qualify as a bathroom. Also I dare to challenge the world famous claim, what world? THE THIRD WORLD!
Sad to say, I did not have any BBQ for fear of Botchulism – but I did get to get to drink a beer with the locals. I have done alot of traveling in my life – they does get the ‘ most interesting trip’ award.
