Now without Anna Nicole Smith TrimSpa’s is looking for a way get peoples attention. To do that they are developing a top secret commercial that will display before-and-after photos of everyday people that will stay on your television screen no matter how many times you might hit the fast-forward button on your TiVo remote.
Although they do not go into any details on how they plan to achieve this, I can only imagine that they are embedding these pictures every fraction or so of a second so that is invisible to the eye at normal speed, but when the TiVo fast forwards TrimSpa timed these secret still pictures to display on the frames that the TiVo doesn’t skip in a fast forward.

You know you are a geek when you tooling around town on a motor scooter, but zipping around on a drill powered skateboard might be so nerdy its cool! All you need is a few minutes, a skateboard, at least a 9.6 volt power drill, some PVC, and Cable Ties and you can be the spectacle of the campus / neighborhood.
Being an ex art school student I spent many hours studying the art of Typography… be it expressing emotion or using color and spacing to convey a meaning, been there done that. If I would have had a professor show me this clip at the introduction of a class I think I would have completely changed that way I thought about and used typography in the months of projects that would follow. With that in mind I officially give this the “Best Use of Typography Ever” award from yours truly.
