  2. moritz says:

    wtf,
is going on with apple adding a camo wallpaper?

  3. Geek says:

Well, seems like Snow Leopard Server’s default wallpaper is missing… :P

  4. Jon says:

I have to say, some are cool, but there are a bunch of pretty tasteless wallpapers.
Seems like they were overwelmed by the crazyness that is Windows 7 RC wallpapers, and thought they had to add wallpapers at all cost!
The art pictures certainly have their place, and I guess Graffiti is nice and colorful if you dig that, nature pics are great, but Camo? Pinstripe? And the first photo of the (snow) leopard is also not really great as a wallpaper.

    • silly says:

What the Hell’s wrong with Pinstipe? That’s one of the best because it’s subtle. The snow leopard with blood on its lips is hilarious. Apple took some risk with adding in that one.

    • Daniel says:

The first snow leopard photo (with flurries) is actually the “best wildlife photograph” of 2009, according to the London Natural Histroy Museum…

The “Snow Leopard Flurries” one is the one that won the photographer Wildlife Photographer of the Year last year. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/7696188.stm

    absolutely beautiful

  16. Animal Lover says:

Hopefully with the billions of dollars Apple is making they are funneling some of it back to help protect these beautiful creatures or the next version of the MacOS might be named “Concrete Jungle”.

  17. Andrew says:

Maybe it’s just because I’m trying them on a non-Mac, but most these look absolutely terrible. Even Windows 7’s walls were a bit better.

  18. Great site…keep up the good work.

  19. This site rocks!
