How Netflix Works: Hint, It’s not Machines!

Nightline ran a segment the other day about the inner workings of Netflix and I found it extremely interesting. Did you know Netflix is mostly powered by people (in the EARLY AM) and that they are one of the Post Office’s largest customers with a bill totaling over $300 million a year? Certainly worth a watch!

Really though, he lost me when he called Forgetting Sarah Marshall a chick flick.
