		<description>Thank you for these! I remember them back in System 6 and System 7 days. There used to be a package of eWorld sounds that I liked as well. I know no one really ever used Apple&#039;s online service, but I liked it (despite its ultra-high prices).</description>

Now that this great post forces me down memory lane, I&#039;ve always found Laugh to be suitably ironic for an alert sound…

On a side note, I do not recall losing Submarine… It appears to be very much current in Leopard, and it is amongst the very few alert tones that sound mellow and soothing rather than jarring…</description>
