I’m very pround to announce that UNEASYsilence has hit a huge milestone. This post is our 10,001 post and I could not be prouder!
Started in 2004 as a space on Blogger to give a home to the ideas kicking around in my head and to post links that I found interesting. Never would I have imagined that this website would introduce me to so many wonderful people across the US around the world.
We have had our good times as well as slow times but what I always had was my readers. Thousands of unique people daily who want nothing more then to “notice the unnoticed.”
I want to give a huge shout out to all the readers out there. Without your encouragement I would have shut down this site years ago. I also have to thank one of my UNEASYfounders still lurking in the comments and the person responsible for all our designs, Derek, for being there always. You are a permanent member of the UNEASYfamily.
To celebrate I urge all readers to leave a comment to say a simple hello. I’d love to hear from you! Even if you are a first timer don’t be shy! We welcome you and are honored to have you in the fold!

damn, 10,000 that’s alot of posts, I’ve been reading you guys since 2004, not quite since the beginning, but almost, I’ve seen things come and go, lots of different designs, the forums (i miss those, the old original one), multiple authors, and of course, the contests.
10k is alot of posts for 4 years, but unlike some other blogs which will remain nameless, these here at Uneasy have original content, and interesting writing.
you could totally get another 10,000 posts, I’ll stick around to watch for them.

Glad you’re still at it. You have long been my substitute for spending time flipping through YouTube and following links that friends send me as something odd or interesting, there isn’t much that you find interesting that I don’t. Even when I get really busy, I can find a minute to log on and see what I’ve missed, and skip all the duds.
I agree with Dave Zazt, by the way, for me fewer posts means that I end up reading more of them (although when you were going fast and furious, I always appreciated the weekend summary for a quick catch up).
Congratulations, you’ve passed up the Dow Industrial average in the posts/points contest, and I don’t think the markets will ever catch up to you.
Damn. 10K is quite a milestone. :) That’s a nice steady stream of content. I can’t count the number of geeky tips I’ve learned from the site.
