What is your Passion?

This post was published 1 year 2 months 4 days ago and its content may not be valid anymore.Interesting question, right? We are all fueled by something. What gets you out of bed in the morning? Is your passion technology? Playing ball with the kids? Stamp collecting? Reading the dictionary?
It’s too often we just let time pass without refecting on why we do the things we do?
I’m interested to see how many readers actually chime in.
Reading books. I read about 3 hours a day every day.
And when I’m not reading. Well that’s a bad day.
Movies and tv-shows.
I’m fascinated by watching people. I find it so interesting that everyone has an agenda and that so few of them will make any difference to humanity.
I love learning new things. If I don’t know about it or how to do it, I usually want to.
I can be perfectly happy just sitting and enjoying the world around me. I try to clear my mind and pay attention to my different senses, experiencing the world’s raw input.
Stories.
hmmm tough one.
what I do:
Web Development/Technology… I love it but only because it interests me enough to keep my on my toes and pays well.
what I want to do:
dream: jet fighter pilot
plans: jimmy buffet life style… airplane, boat, couple small shacks on remote islands… and portfolio diverse enough to make me money while I sleep in my hammock.
what I’m doing to achieve it: I start my ASA (american sailing association) certification captain/skipper training for 30′ to 50′ sailing yachts asap… probably next month.. overall will take about 6 months (only about 11 days of actual courses, but shits expensive … about 5 grand)
what I would do realistically if I could do anything I wanted:
1. Start influential tech company that shapes/changes modern society and is considered a valuable tool to humanity (e.g. google)
2. Sailing License
3. Pilots License
4. Live life one beach at a time ;)
… my passion however is achieving all of this.
on the side I love thinking about history, society, space, science, great thinkers of the past and their theories and methods. I try to think about politics and world government as little as possible.

Me, I like to get something working. I like to take something that has promise of working, maybe in programming or gaming, and get it to work. Also, I have kinda an obsession of formatting documents with Microsoft Word. I know that is weird, but I LOVE getting everything to line up jussssst right.

Well to be honest : heroin and computers and the last of my inheritance. But in reality I we can become turned onto anything if exposed the right way. If that something is presented and it produces a certain feeling of pleasure or joy we become enslaved to that thing for more of the same. say like jeking off. Who could quit doing that?
1/ New learning opportunities.
2/ To get things well done.
3/ Lead my girlfriend to have an orgasm.
4/ Share my own music with people, singing it.
5/ Hit the Roullette.
6/ Mix music, Edit videos. earn enough money.
7/ Spirituality
Graphic design and retro videogames…
the future.
knowing that things will be better tomorrow in the simplest sense of the term better. not so much technology wise, and more of a better life wise. New friends, new opportunities.
Seeing my beautiful Grandson every day, and watching him grow and learn new things.
Driving and Reparing…still to look for more…
