		<description>I&#039;m not shocked in the slightlest.  And I have no problem with download caps.  But when you advertise something as &quot;unlimited&quot; and then you a) short the actual delivered bandwidth and then b) put a cap on it, that is when you piss me off.

I&#039;ll just sit back with my 1.5 Mb DSL, thank you. *grumbles*</description>
