		<description>Quite a contrast to the recent news up here in Canada that a major DSL provider has now started throttling not only it&#039;s own residential customers traffic, but also the raw bandwidth it sells to independent ISP&#039;s to resell. They also gave them no advance warning. 

I think it&#039;s a good thing Comcast is doing, but it&#039;s obvious they&#039;re only doing it because of the scrutiny they came under. As soon as they find a legal loophole, they&#039;ll be back to their old exploitative ways.</description>
