Macworld 2008: iTunes Movie Rentals

Today Apple announced the availability of movie rentals via iTunes. The rentals which range from $2.99 for classic films to $3.99 for current films with be available from every major studio. Rentals take only 30 seconds to start and are available to view for 24 hours.

1,000 titles available at launch.

    Pleeeeeeeeeeease Apple, Bring these to the U.K!

    Folks in the US: Imagine paying $530 for your iPhone (8GB), plans starting at $70, $1.60 for songs and, worst of all, having to wait half a year or more for the privelage! I know Apple is a US company and I expect some bias (after all, everything else is much more expensive over here) but a little support would be nice!
