Ever wanted to your your phones data connection as an internet connection on your computer? Most cellular companies have a special “tethering” plan that usually gouges you for the internet connection you are already paying for. Jorrit Jongma has put together a package for WinMo phones that tricks the phone to share its cellular data connection over its WiFi radio, essentially making the phone a WiFi router.

Now mind you some of this hackery may piss off your carrier, Just make sure you have an unlimited data plan, and we take no responsibility if your carrier yells at you for excessive usage. The program is available for free personal use.

    So let me get this straight. You do need a data plan on your cell phone in addition to the talk minutes in order for this to work? Or does this app convert the voice signal to data and then allows internet sharing via bluetooth to a laptop or something?
