Yup, MacOS X on an eeePC. More to follow, but how can you not love this little guy?!

    I’m guessing that thing runs pretty slowly. Nice novelty though.

    i don’t think it would be unusably slow. as long as you disable all the fancy effects and stuff and not use Dashboard or Expose etc. I had a Macbook with 512mb ram and it ran Tiger fine. Only problem would be the processor.

    Considering this laptop has more ram than my appletv, I don’t think macos is that slow

    It isn’t… I might go down to 10.4.10 since it has a lower processor load, but the OS is quite snappy.

    I’m just tweaking some last settings before doing a write up.

    Dan, please report something doesn’t work… anything… even better if wireless is the one missing… I’m going to “los cabos” for the weekend and I don’t want to be thinking “I need an asus eeepc” the whole time :)
