		<description>In Colorado Springs your not allowed to capture runoff water from your roof because a lot of the water supply here is from runoff. So if this limits runoff, it might not be looked highly upon.</description>

		<description>There are types of grass (more in the moss family) that don&#039;t grow very long. Mowing isn&#039;t necessary. This is a good idea to add greenspace where needed, however I would be more concerned about the additional weight it would put on the structure of your home. Also if - like me - you live in a part of the world where winter is a harsh reality (it gets to - 35 C, or -31 F) there moisture in the soil when frozen will turn into 3 inches of ice on your roof, never mind the sow on top of that AND the fact that it will look like crap  until you rake it in the spring. Yeah, this idea is better served for taller buildings in warmer climates.</description>
