The latest smartphone offering from Palm, the Cento, is now shipping to Sprint users across the country.

For those who are out of the know the Centro is a $99 (After mail in rebate – which kinda stinks) PalmOS smartphone from Palm that is positioned to be a lifestyle device. Currently is only available in Onyx Black (think black sparkle car paint) but the super shiny Ruby Red version will be coming out in these in November.

A video review is still in works but after a weekend of heavy use I must say I’m very impressed with the device. The battery life is much more then I anticipated (the small size of the battery is very deceiving), and the smaller keyboard is extremely easy to use.
