All Hail Espresso Fridge

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better than chipped ice and purified water in your glass at the push of a button, Whirlpool has gone all-out and blown your mind. Espresso in a refrigerator? On first glance, it seems a bit odd, but after some thought, it makes a lot of sense. Milk and creamer are right there at hand, and your beans are kept nice and cool until you use them.
No doubt this thing will set you back a pretty significant wad of cash when it lands in January, but for the people dropping 5 bucks a day on Starbucks, it might turn out to be a viable alternative. [via]
No “creamer”!!!
It’s _real cream_ or it ain’t coffee!!!
*sheepish grin*
cooling coffee beans is generally bad. but uh. cool fridge.
They keep best in an airtight container, at room temperature.
You shouldn’t store them more than a day or so anyway, if you’re at all worried about taste :)
