In the NYC Area? Want Your iPhone Unlocked For Free?

If you are in the NYC area, or willing to commute to NYC I’m willing to unlock as many phones as I can by appointment.
Mind you, I take no responsibility on what happens if Apple releases another firmware patch – but I am more willing to help out readers if they need a hand.

wasn’t there a rule that you had to sign up for service with at&t in order to buy an iphone?

Cingular had/has excellent coverage in the DFW area, never without a signal, and as at&t bought Cingular… they have excellent coverage in DFW now.
Prices are another thing…
Prices are indeed a bit high, but I’ve had Sprint, Verizon, and now AT&T, and I couldn’t be happier.

you should just schedule and UES unlocking event, pick a popular coffee shop set a time and watch readers come in for a meet and greet along with “freed” phone :D

Hey Dan, have you tried unlocking iphones before or you just want to practice a little bit? if you do please tell me how many you have successfully unlocked? any damages?
