Download 1425 x 1425 Pixel Album Artwork From Apple

Tired of crappy resolution album artwork? Josh has engineered a web application that rejiggers the iTMS album artwork URL to provide 1425 x 1425 resolution images served directly from Apple.
It’s really simple =) Just type in the Arist and Album you want, hit find, and you’re off! You can use the grabber with any media player that supports coverart. Now you have no excuse for you’re media collection not to be dressed up :)

I would get on this before Apple decides to close this neat little hack.

Ugggg…I wish I had this before I spent all that time downloading the art from wikipedia for about 200 albums!

This is hit or miss. It picks up the album but fails to download it.

I’ve updated the script.. it should now (with the alternate tif URL) be able to download artwork for ALL the albums in the iTunes store.
If you get a 404, try the tif link and it should work.
