New Season of The Office in September

There’s a show called The Office I believe some have heard about and the new season begins in September, though it’s great to see NBC giving the users out there something to get us fans pumped in the form of a “what I did over my summer vacation” style show. I really had a good laugh at some of the things in there because of the references made which will be picked up by those who regularly watch the show such as Andy’s mention of tubing.

Sure, technically NBC stuck a commercial on YouTube but it’s entertaining and getting fans excited again. Things like this, not this put companies in good relationships with fans. September 27th can’t come soon enough.

    I like The Office, but I think the British version is funnier. Ricky Gervais does a much better job than Carrol.

    I never found the Brit version of the Office very funny, but then again, I’m American. I suspect with a name like Nigel, you’re British, and probably don’t get the American humor as easily as the British humor. That said, I found Gervais (who I like in other things) to be just flat out annoying in the the brit Office. Whereas in the American Office, Steve Carrell is dumb, but genuinely funny and believable.

    I was a huge fan of the British version when I first watched it, but now I think I prefer the American version a little more. I like the characters in the US version, and I also like that they have involved so many of the characters in the story.

    @Ted,

    I’m Australian, so I am of a British background. I think the situations that Brent (UK) got tangled in were more awkward than Scott’s (US)
