When Apple Legal Attacks: Inadvertent Confirmation of New iPod OS?

This post was published 2 years 2 months 26 days ago and its content may not be valid anymore.Sorry folks, got a legal take down notice from Apple Inc. requesting that I remove the purported UI of the new sixth generation iPod that may or may not be announced on September 5th.

And we are not the only site, they also served requests to YouTube and Mac Rumors.
Could this be an inadvertent confirmation that the now removed video is the new UI of the iPod, or Apple trying to shape up a community based tech website?

I seem to remember them releasing the hounds about the purported Asteroid breakout box or whatever it was…. that never materialized. I think people read into things too much.
companies and their PR departments…. never know what they’re gonna do next… that just makes it all look that much more legitimate….. plus the quicker you whisk something away the more likely it is something you want to hide….. but with yahoo selling out to china…. and comcast pretty much saying you have no rights…. who knows what a company will do next to breach human’s natural rights….. hmmmm…. maybe they were going to scrap it before, but they had second thoughts?………. we’ll never know…. companies just like to screw with consumer’s heads sometimes…..

and the legal basis of making you remove that video/link etc is what exactly ?
meh… apple sort of lost me with the iPhone…. I guess I’m one of the few. Rockin’ Ubuntu all the way man. Open Source is teh way to go.
I just hope and pray that they do not release new iPod nanos. A few months after ourchasing my PRODUCT(RED) nano, I vowed to buy the new nano when it comes out. If they do not have a Red one, then I might hold off, but the rumored video interface is quite attractive, and Apple should take notes if it is not the real one.
