Al Gore’s Son Arrested on Drug and Speeding Charges

Al Gore’s 24-year-old son was arrested and jailed in Southern California this morning.Al Gore III, 24, was driving a blue Toyota Prius about 100 miles an hour on the San Diego Freeway near the Crown Valley exit in Laguna Hills when he was pulled over by an Orange County sheriff’s deputy at about 2:15 this morning, a sheriff’s department spokesman, Jim Amormino, said.
Now the only reason I found this news worthy was because he was able to get a Prius to go over 100MPH.

I was going to say the same thing… I didn’t know they could even go that fast! However the drugs and speeding, meh … he’s a boarder line politician so i’m not surprised ;)
I was thinking the EXACT same thing! I doubt that weed was the reason, he was probably so amazed that it was going that fast that he wasn’t really thinking that it was a big deal. If I was stopped in a Prius I’d talk my way out of that easily, since it’s an amazing accomplishment & one I usually wouldn’t have to worry about unless in a school zone.
Goes great for his father’s eco-friendly stance though…

Yes… my Son was caught speeding…
BUT technically he was doing it in an eco friendly car while doing nothing more than consuming a plant….
I rest my case.
