The free program TheLastStream, which is compatable with Windows, Linux and Mac, saves Last.fm streams into MP3s. It also organizes your music in directories by Artist, Album or Track, download cover art, copies Last.fm’s ID3 tags. TheLastStream requires that you have a Last.fm account and the Last.fm client which are both free

I just don’t understand why google would need to do that. really, is there any point? I have read elsewhere that it still passes PR juice around? Anybody have an answer?
