TiVo Again Offers Limited Transfer of Lifetime Service for $300

If you have old TiVo with the Lifetime Service option TiVo has announced a limited time offer to “transfer” your Lifetime Service to a new Series2 unit for $299. The only catch is that your old TiVo needed to be activated on or before June 2003. Sorry Series 3 potential customers, you don’t apply!
