		<description>Well, now we know they&#039;re desperate.  The recording industry is looking for money that they&#039;re losing from declining sales.  Instead of fixing the root of the problem, they go after the symptoms.  I mean, why promote originality if it cuts into your short term profit margins, right?</description>
