Google To Buy Grand Central for $50 to $75 Million

Acquisition crazy Google may be at it again with a rumored $50 to $75 million bid for the “anywhere number” telephone company Grand Central.

GrandCentral was recently pitching a second round of financing to Silicon Valley venture capitalists, but broke off discussions abruptly as the Google talks heated up.

If this rumor proves to be true this will join Googles recent $100 acquisition of FeedBurner and $3.1 purchase of DoubleClick.
