Bloomberg to NY: ‘Stop Worrying, Get A Life’

This Monday Mayor Bloomberg went on the record saying to worrying NYers to ‘Stop Worrying, Get A Life.’

“There are lots of threats to you in the world. There’s the threat of a heart attack for genetic reasons. You can’t sit there and worry about everything. Get a life,” he said.

That “What, me worry?” attitude pretty much sums up Bloomberg’s advice to New Yorkers on the terror plot. As far as he was concerned, the professionals were on it, so New Yorkers shouldn’t let it tax their brains.

“You have a much greater danger of being hit by lightning than being struck by a terrorist,” he added.”

At least he’s honest.

Hey, he’s right! I don’t even know why this is here. Just because some guys had an idea about doing something awful now the whole world is going to end? Get a life!

It’s true! people have been brainwashed into thinking “they’re out to get us” … you have a better chance of getting in a car crash and burning to death on your way to the grocery store. Be aware but don’t be a fucking pansy about it. People are afraid to fly?! seriously think about this… if someone tries to hijack a plane now days they are going to have some big problems, I for one would give my life defending a domestic or international flight I was on against a terrorist, box cutters, knives, guns… I don’t care, a plane WILL NOT be taken over while I am on it and alive. I’m positive that there are thousands upon thousands of Americans that feel the same exact way.

Good for him, and he’s a Republican! Expect a smear/discrediting campaign from Fox News within the hour.
