    This is a cool product, but flawed in one area. There’s no true HD output, the device can output up to a WXGA+ 1440×900 resolution (my Samsung monitor’s native res, as it happens), but let’s hope its 720p upscaling algorithm works well otherwise everything’s going to look awful.

    There’s no 1080i output support so you might as well run your console in 720p mode, the most you’ll get out of it is 1440×900.

    It’s a nice bit of kit, and I’d be STRONGLY tempted to buy one if I had a 360 sitting in the corner ;) given its tempting price point, but beware that it can’t output at 1080i nor 720p natively. Fine if you have a monitor whose native res is WXGA+ (like mine, yay!)
