Confimed iPhone *IS* Running a Full Version of OS X

Jobs: Yes it does! The entire Mac OS is gigs, a lot is data. Take out the data — every desktop pattern, sound sample — if you look at Safari it’s not that big. It’s REAL Safari, REAL OS X. We put a different user interface on it to work with a multi-touch screen… it’s an amazing amount of software.
There we have it folks, the iPhone runs a full version of OSX. Kinda like AppleTV, and we all know how unhackable that device is.

It’d be nice to take all my 1Passwd passwords with me everywhere when I’m not using my notebook.
and to think i just bought a blackjack; ahh well, i’ll give the iphone some time to work it’s bugs/kinks out. i’ve been an early cell phone adopter with non smartphones (this blackjack is my first smartphone) and it has bitten me on numerous occassions. i can’t wait to hear/read the UES review of the iphone :)
