It Pays to Read the Small Print: Apple TV Nuclear Security Administration

We’ve all seen the AppleTV unboxing photos and UNEASYreader Tim just pointed out that I should read the small print on the bottom of the box (pictured above).

Why would Apple write that?
On the front of the box is a photo of the AppleTV.
On the back of the box from left to right is a movie poster for “The Incredibles”, Album art for Beck’s “The Information”, a scene from “Cars”, album art for “CSI” and “Jericho”, as well as a photo of a couple. Anything Nuclear? Don’t thinks so.
Maybe that is why the damn unit runs so hot.
Thanks for the heads up, Tim!
Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t Jericho about nuclear strikes on the US? In which case the Nuclear Security Administration may have provided photos to Jericho, which are in turn acknowledged on the AppleTV packaging. Just my two cents.
True, but the image would be property of CBS. Interesting observation thought.
go to http://www.cbs.com/primetime/jericho/digital.php and loook at the writing at the bottom left of the page, it states : “Photo courtesy of National Nuclear Security Administration / Nevada Site Office.” That’s governmental trade marking if I ever saw it.
Apple just has a thing with nukes. Recall the iTunes thing.
well did you ever think that maybe apple is planing on nuking everyone and ever apple product has a small nuke in it??
