XM Refunds for Satellite Outage, Get your 87 Cents!

XM Radio, who still doesn’t know what caused the 24 hour satellite outage, will give customers two days’ worth of credit for interrupted reception in parts of the nationwide network.

At an average subscription rate being $13 a month, it works out to about 87 cents.

With hold times on XM customer care number (800-967-2346) being longer then an hour, unless you make less then a dollar and hour – don’t waste your time!

    Even if the monthly fee was $300 per month, when prorated, the cost per unit of time (1 day) is about $10 ! Not worth thinking twice about.

    Which illustrates the value of a service, such as web hosting.
