iPatch

Worried about someone spying on you through the integrated iSght on your Apple computer? Worry no more thanks to the iPatch, a tiny cover for your built-in iSight.

The iPatch is a nifty little device to help keep time spent at your computer private. Are you sitting comfortably? Click here to see a surprise!

Now you can be 100% sure nobody can ’see’ what your doing. When you wish to use your in-built iSight Camera, simply slide the iPatch to one side.

Personally, something as lame as a $9 piece of plastic can easily be recreated with a piece of paper and some tape. Regardless, you know that there are people out there that will buy this.

is this really necessary considering the light will come on whenever the iSight is being used?

    My paranoia has set in!

To bad the iSight can’t actually be used to record what it sees and send it off to a server. It’s really just Quicktime using Quartz to pick up the iSight camera. It then displays it back to the user and that’s it. A complete waste of money.
