Sake, the wonderful booze, could potentially be used as fuel in vehicles (What a WASTE!!!). The town of Shinanomachi, Japan has created an ultra affordable ethanol alternative using rice to create a self-sustainable local fuel and to remove the nations total dependence on oil.
