A Refresher Course in English

Bloggers on the run forget the most basic rules of English (and spelling – GUILTY!). David Pogue points out a quick little guide to help everyone brush up on proper word usage.
Here it is: the one simple Web page whose address you can politely shoot off to any of the millions of people online who can’t seem to get it through their heads that “it’s” means “it is,” or that “your” is not the same as “you are,” or the difference between “than” and “then,” or that to “lose” a game isn’t the same as a “loose” belt.
On one page, a tidy, simple cheat sheet for the basic rules of English that people seem to forget when they start writing e-mail or Web pages.

I am secretly OCD over English and proper usage.
I know 25 year olds who still can’t tell the difference between their, there, and they’re… I want to slap them.
Although in a rush I am often guilty of the your and you’re mix up and even more guilty of the to, too, two mix up as well.
