Microsoft has seemingly created a new web based online storage solution that is suspiciously like Box.net. Windows Live Folders allows you to upload your files to Microsofts servers, providing access to them from an internet browser (both Internet Explorer and Firefox are suppoerted). Also using Microsoft passport ID’s you can control access yo yous stored files with the option to keep them private, share them with contacts, or make them public.

Unfortunately the service is limited to 500MB initially, with a maximum file size of ~50MB – but then again it is a beta so I’m sure that could change.

If you are interested you can try and signup when the site is working (which seems hardly ever).

When the second car came out, do you think people were so lame that they looked at the steering wheel and shouted ‘Lame’ OMFG this is so stolen from Benz. Then those assholes that finally looked into it can say, this technology was StoLenZ from Rivaz. Seriously you guy, the steering wheel was considered good common sense, and if you didn’t implement it and were using a flight yoke, THEN you were dumb, though not as dumb as you two. Fucktards.

Lame, just like Benz’s steering wheel.

  5. Why do you just say look out to Box.net? There’s tons of other players in this space that this impacts beyond Box.

There are also over 100 Online Data Storage companies in addition to Box.

I’m watching this space closely, check out this list that I’m compiling
