Capcom. Its probably a resource swap of bitmaps & sounds from an existing in-game character to the mod author's bitmaps & sounds. if put back onto a rom chip, this would probably be playable in an arcade, though I don't know the ins and outs of the Capcom CPS2 system board to know for sure. its an MvC edit, meaning it is a manipulation of Marvel Vs.
