New “Get A Mac” Ad in the UK

Across the pond the Brits have come up with a new cheeky “Get A Mac” ad. Called Office Posse – it is designed to show that the Mac can run Microsoft Office. Pitty the code in the existing version is so slow and cumbersome to use on an Intel Mac, it is far better to load up a version of Parallels and use Office in there.

    Runs pretty fine on my C2D macs, integrates perfectly into my office environment of 70% PC’s. Not a complaint. Loading up parallels to open a word .doc or Xcel list is cumberson, not running Office in rosetta.

    Sorry to be the party pooper, but in the commercial you can see a guy who’s wearing a purple suit, uhm, he’s representing access, but there’s no mac version of access : /

    Anyway, MS Office for Mac sucks.
