I thought it was the city’s property once it hit the curb. Now I’m basing this on a CSI I watched once, so not exactly the best source, but it would make sense.

That’s nothing. When I was in Jr. High we found an abanded house that was stuffed to the gills with porn. We took it to our secret hideout and divided the porn into “really good” and “really bad” stacks. We had a lot more really bad magazines that outnumbered really good 2:1. We ended up making 3-packs with the really good magazine on top. We bundled them up in paper bags and wrote “art supplies” on the package. $2 a pop. We were rollnig in cash for months. Did we get caught? Nope.

stupid fucking law. It’s the kids fault. It was his property, they kicked it in and found porn (LEGALLY owned by the guy) and THEY decided to distribute. It’s rediculous the way the system panders to these delinquents.
