This isn’t the easiest of devices to use to avoid using Skype Out credits. The Mobigater (GAK!) Plus requires you put a SIM in the device (that actually has a phone plan on it) and connect it to your PC with a USB cable. Basically it uses the free mobile to mobile calling features of family plan cellphones to get ultra cheap call forwarding. Available for £185.99
