Cell Phones Slowly Eradicating Bee’s
Posted in News by Dan at 9:09 am
Here’s the latest buzz in the field of Science. Scientists have noticed that bees are suddenly and mysteriously dying off worldwide and radiation from cellphones and cell towers might be to blame. The radiation supposedly interferes with the bees navigation, so worker bees go out to find pollen, and never find their way back to the hives.

This seems unlikely. Where is the research that proves bees navigate via radio waves? How can an insect as small as a bee generate enough electrical energy to radiate a signal for navigation ?
A more likely culprit would be climate or pollution.

The plural of “bee” is”bees,” not “bee’s.”
And the plural or “person” is “people” :D
It’s gotta be a late April Fool’s joke.
Hmm. I could possibly see the hive being able to generate noise at that frequency and strong enough to travel to gatherers who could use it to find their way back. MAYBE.
Not to hijack the thread; but what do you call those things that look like wasps but are colored like bees?

Asian Giant Hornet?
Actually you’re probably asking about Yellow Jackets
Why does everything that seems out of the ordinary, or interferes with the way we are now, get brushed aside and not taken seriously?
What we SHOULD do is consider the possibility of it being true and take action. Everything we change is going to benefit SOMETHING anyway, if not what we are trying to do.
Take global warming for instance.
There are SO MANY PEOPLE who think that Al Gore is way off in an Inconvenient Truth and don’t bother to do anything because of that. Thing is, even if that doesn’t stop global warming, it WILL help us in a bazillion other ways.
Seriously, people.
Actually there have been reports of a record number of bees missing, and that suply of honey and other stuff might be at risk
so i think this is true.
Didn’t John Belushi play a Bee on Saturday Night Live? Look what happened to him! I think it’s a “Bees jealous of Lemmings” kinda thing…nothing to worry about ‘ol Mother Nature will get her house in order pretty quick, she always does!
