Yes, there are tons of computer software backup solutions (and even a few over air ones) to backup your phone. But, having something small that I can tack on to the end of my phone and press a simple button to have it completely backed up is much needed. The Phonebook Flash Drive copies your entire contact list from both phone and SIM card at the touch of a button, and once you are done there is the option to transfer the data over to a computer.
