Cubers Unite: Free conferencing for up to 500 participants

One of the largest expenditures in my budget (next to my 20 Apple TV’s), is conference calling services. Yes, there is Skype, but there is something about talking on a PHONE! So for those of you who long for a party line, ConfreeCall is a free conference calling that lets you talk to 500 people at the same time. All you pay for is a long distance call which is usually included in the cost of your cellular minutes, or in your unlimited home phone plan.
Is this another company based in Ohio using that loophole whereas ATT has to pay local telcos money for each calls?
If so, these things are on their way out..
