sansaconnect_internetradio.jpg Announced back in January, the SanDisk Sansa Connect is now available for shipping. The connect is just like any other MP3 player with support for MP3 and WMA files, but it is also equipped with a Wi-Fi chip that lets you download songs from Yahoo’s music service without ever connecting the device to a computer. The Wi-Fi radio also lets you access other Yahoo services such as Flickr, Launchcast, and Yahoo Messenger

The Sansa Connect comes with a 2.2-inch LCD, 8GB of expandable flash memory and weighs 15.2 ounces, no word yet on battery life.
