		<description>I don&#039;t see how it&#039;s any different than all the in-window displays they have at any of their other stores. It&#039;s their property and (I assume) it&#039;s technically inside the store.</description>

Here in Montreal there is an issue with signs in English (they&#039;re illegal - unless there is also a French sign with a larger font).  However, so long as one places a sign on the inside of a window, there is not much that can be done.  Perhaps this is also true of the &quot;cube.&quot; If the ad is placed on the inside of the window, what could be done about it?</description>
