Download YouTube Videos as MPEGS

There have been many reviews and tip son this site on how to extract YouTube videos, but the end result has been a .flv video – which are not too useful to many people.
Vid Converter wants to solve that problem. Simply plug your favorite YouTube (or XTube) video link into the site (which is currently in beta) and it will download and convert that link into a much more deice friendly MPEG format.
Love it. Saves time with having to download and convert locally using VisualHub. Great tool for people who want to save videos especially if they’re on a different computer than their own.

I like to use Vixy, it’s exactly the same but you can download it into different formats, DivX, MPEG, for iPod or for M$’ Zune and it supports more pages.
I want a bookmarklet for it!!
