Abandoning the unlimited storage model after a few launch glitches, Bandwagon has unveiled their new business plan and pricing structure.

Unlike before Bandwagon WILL NOT host your data, but rather act as a conduit to storage services (such as Amazons S3, Omnidrive and your own FTP site. At affordable pricing of $1 a month for syncing on one Mac and $1.50 a month for syncing between two Macs.

Additionally in the future Bandwagon will allow listening to music over the web and the ability to access work/home files via the web.

The final code is set to ship in April, but we hope to get a preview version soon.

You can do most of them for free with easy free tools. PowerFolder (www.powerfolder.com) lets you sync files and folders between multiple PCs, and VNC lets you remotely access your files for free too.
