Ridiculous Programming Request

Hi,
So I’m posting for a rather large project. I need someone to program me a new OS (Operasting System) that looks different than Ms Windows XP etc. but has the same style. It does not need to run on a mac but all the other PCs. It’s supposed to have a stylish look with clear edges etc. And ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE JUST A REDESIGNED WINDOWS as I’m going to sell that operating system later on. It’s going to be called BlueOrb.
These are some important points :
It should have ALL THE FEATURES that Windows Xp Professional has.
ALL the files that run on Windows XP ust also run on the BlueOrb OS.
It must have a very user-friendly interface (like MS WINDOWS XP)
When it gets Installed, the user needs to insert a serial number.
It HAS to be HACKER SAFE!
It must be quick and good looking.Note that I only accept quality work and do not want any quickly done BS.

What a retard, it has to have the same “style” as XP work the same as XP, but not look like it. And the budget….good luck. Maybe 1000-3000 per week of coding work.
That’s great. I can’t wait to get my hands on this “BlueOrb” OS. I imagine this guy has been flamed to death by now for the wonderfully informed and completely non-ignorant request.
Maybe I can just take the $3000 and BUY him a copy of Windows…and install it on a virtual machine under Linux. That should fit his description…
Not to mention that “BlueOrb” is the most hilariously cliche name ever.
Hahaha yeah take the 3 grand, buy him a copy of windows and use a visual style to change the look of the interface. Oh and add a wallpaper that said “BlueOrb”. After reading his request Im sure he’d be none the wiser.
He wants it to do everything that Windows does but he doesn’t want it to be a “redesign of windows”?

I saw this some time ago… Most ridiculous thing is that people actually respond to this offering help and expecting to work on this…

the thing is if i can create an OS, i probably can get more than 1-3 grand…plus
to make an os like windows but is not windows…why sell it for 1-3 grand while
i probablly can get billions jus tlike microsoft…

It sounds crazy, but I’ll take the challenge. Its easier tha you think to make an OS. Or at least when you know, php, xml, xpath, c, c++, asp, javascript, networking and preprocesser commands.
