Vonage Gets Hung Up On

Vonage has no luck. First a botched IPO, now a court orders Vonage to stop using Verizon VoIP technology it is accused of violating in an ongoing patent dispute.
Although a permanent injunction was issued, Vonage is trying to calm customers fears by assuring that they will continue operating, and will appeal any verdict. But with their stock taking a tumble I think something more then a press release will be needed.
Claming customers huh? That’s a new strategy. =)
