Real or Fake? Could this be a new feature that will be released in future iPod update, or just an elaborate hoax with the iPod playing a video?

    Probably fake, but it’d be nice. Any interface change for the iPod would be nice.

    I really don’t get why someone would release just a video for such an app if it was not fake and not the app itself

  3. Ed says:

    Hard to tell. I would hope the next Ipod has a wide screen and not one with the same form factor.

    I think it can run it, but it will be a feature for the next gen. How else will they get us to upgrade. Besides, if the 5.5 Gen can handle the newer High-res vids, why wouldn’t it be able to handle this?

    Too bad Apple doesn’t care to download album art that isn’t purchased through their store, or else this would be great. WMP does it perfectly for me every time. =)

  6. Andrew says:

    @Don Wilson

    Apple does allow for you to get cover art for music that wasn’t purchased in the iTunes Store. You just have to have the right names for the songs and albums.

  7. ClaMs says:

    This is surely a fake. Well reharsed and all that. Yet coverflow will surely be included in the next gen of iPods. During the launch of the iPhone Steve hinted that the said phone was the “first iPod with Coverflow” or somthing on those lines.

    I’m hoping that the Ipods will soon drop the click wheel and go for touch screen like the Iphone. That’d be nice to see.

    This would be killer!
