    Looks like a Air Compressor to me, a pressure washer could almost make snow if it’s cold enough outside and the nozzle is right. I used to work at a Ski Hill and pulled all nighters making snow and using the snowcat/snowmobiles as a lift so we could take some runs in middle of the night….
