Previously discussed, the upcoming Harry Potter book is now available for pre-order from Barnes & Noble. Harry Potter 7 has been announced! J. K. Rowling’s seventh and final book of her blockbuster Harry Potter series is scheduled for release at 12:01am on July 21, 2007. Who’s going to pre-order the new Harry Potter 5 months in advance? Anyone?
It’s a waste of time to order in advance, I did for the last book but Amazon still took a while to get the book to my house – every store had billions of copies anyway and you could get them for only 20 bucks at any Rite-Aid
According to a lady I work with, the local Waldenbooks has had a pre-order list since last March.
Waldenbooks has had pre-orders for a long time, but I thought it started right after the title was released…
Brandon, you clearly didn’t preorder it properly because I also pre-ordered the last book and Amazon threw in free guaranteed same day delivery on teh release date. That same day shortly after noon my copy was delivered to me.
As for book 7, I’ve already preordered my copy, I’d hate to have to wait for a copy, because anyone who didn’t get 1 in the first printing of the last book had to wait for new shipments to arrive.
I already pre-ordered my copy a few weeks ago and you can bet I’ll be at Borders at midnight when it comes out.
