Easily Share your iTunes (DRM Free) iTunes music

Posted in Cool, Downloadable, Tech by Dan at 11:47 pm

Back in the day it was easy to hack iTunes Bonjour music sharing and allow any computer on the same network download and share iTunes songs freely. Then, Apple added in restrictions on how many connections iTunes would allow in a day, and changed the iTunes Bonjour protocol.

Sharepod skips the iTunes problem, and creates a new way for people to share music. This program enables you to copy music back and forth from your PC to your iPod. To achieve that the program bypasses iTunes all together and handles the iPod file management. In addition, Sharepod brings back the long missed network sharing feature, so anyone on the same network can share music (Like offices, and schools to name a few).

The price is right (FREE) and requires no installation since Sharepod is a simple .exe.

This rocks! i love how it runs as a small .exe right on the iPod itself (when you enable disk mode).
